Early bird callers will have their machine attending to that day, whilst later callers will only have until the next business day until their machines issues have been addressed. To assist in providing efficient service, and to minimise the delay of repairs, our technicians arrive equip with common tools and parts to enable them to carry out repairs that you have authorized whilst on site. Additionally, in the event that your machine requires further attention or offsite repairs, we gladly provide (subject to availability) free loan machines to assist in avoiding any interruption to your business activities.

For further peace of mind, and to go that extra mile for our customers, we offer a 30 day warranty for services completed by Printer Repair Corp. In the unlikely event that an issue persists after we have completed your repairs, we will return to rectify the issue with no further charge for the service call. At Printer Repair Corp we endeavour to provide the best service at the best price, catering to all; from the home office, up to large enterprises and government agencies. Unlike other companies who charge high hourly rates, we charge a flat call out fee for a technician, meaning the cost only waivers should parts be required for your repairs.

This means that there is no obligation to have your repairs conducted by Printer Repair Corp, no monthly payments and no pressure to service your machine at regular intervals due to obligation.
